A clean valley with the freshest breeze and clearest water that shows the bottom of the valley

Byeongjibang Valley is a beautiful valley that lies in Mt. Eodab and the streams that cascade down between rocks are so clear and beautiful they brings out the awe in people. Also, the mountains that stand gallantly surrounding the valley create wonderful shades during summer and this place bustles with people from all over the country. From Hoengseong-eup, take the County Road No.4 and head towards Hoengseong Dam and Chudong-ri. Then, go over Solgage which is the border between Jeonchon-ri and Byeongjibang, and you’ll finally see Byeongjibang Valley filled with wild peach trees. The pure stream water that shows even the smallest stones on the bottom of the valley and the fresh air that blows just perfectly will make you feel that you’ve arrived at one of the cleanest places in the country. The highlight of Byeongjibang Valley is the harmony between Seonnyeotang (Angel’s Bath) Valley, the exotic rocks and flowers nearby and the beautiful hiking trail that leads to the top of Mt. Eodab.
